Jilebi is produced by Vijayan East Coast under the banner of East Coast Communications and is directed by the debutant director Arun Shekhar. Cinematography for the film is handled by Alby Antony. There are four songs composed by Bijibal for the lyrics of Santhosh Verma, Vijayan East Coast and Sasikala Menon.
